About the role
The Operations Coordinator is a full-time role based in Macon, GA. This position is responsible for coordinating daily security operations, including scheduling patrols and officer shifts, monitoring dispatch activities, and ensuring timely response to client requests. The role involves managing administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and updating operational documentation. The Operations Coordinator works closely with security officers and leadership to support service quality, resolve operational issues, and maintain clear communication with clients. This role also supports continuous improvement efforts by tracking performance indicators and assisting with process updates to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily security operations, including scheduling patrols and officer shifts
- Maintain records and prepare reports
- Update operational documentation
- Interact with team members, leadership, and clients in a clear, professional manner
- Address inquiries and manage client expectations
- Review reports and identify trends to support data-informed decisions
- Manage documentation and organize records

Requirements
- Strong Operations Management skills, including coordinating schedules, overseeing daily activities, and supporting process improvements
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with team members, leadership, and clients
- Analytical Skills to review reports and support data-informed decisions
- Administrative Assistance skills for managing documentation and organizing records
- Proficiency with basic office software and dispatch or scheduling systems
- A strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in security operations or a related field is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in security, operations, or administration are a plus
