This is a 100% remote, full-time Operations Coordinator position open to candidates in the United States. The role supports travel planning, group and event coordination, reservations, traveler support, supplier communication, and service workflows through organized remote execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day workflows supporting travel planning, group and event coordination, reservations, traveler support, supplier communication, and service workflows, with clear ownership of status, handoffs, and deadlines.
- Maintain operational trackers, schedules, records, and supporting documentation so current status is visible and auditable.
- Identify routine process gaps, delays, or exceptions and follow documented escalation paths to keep work moving.
- Prepare operational reports or summaries that help teams understand workload, quality, service levels, and outstanding actions.
- Work across functions to improve consistency, reduce avoidable errors, and complete assigned operational tasks on schedule.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Operations Coordinator work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote position.

Employment Details
