Operations Coordinator

About the role

Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day support and coordination with management and internal/external teams. The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and coordination with management as well as internal/external teams.
• Process orders and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Recognize issues within the order entry or operations process and collaborate with management to implement solutions promptly and efficiently.
• Support installation managers by providing order and delivery information as required.
• Ensure compliance of company standards and procedures.
• Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
• Efficiently accomplish assigned administrative duties.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Background in general business operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory (preferred).
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
• General computer skills for basic data entry; experience with Trilogie is a plus.

Pay

Estimated pay range: $15.00 – $27.50 (hourly). Actual rate depends on location, qualifications, and prior experience. The role is eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
