Operations Coordinator

Summary Provides supervision and support to tellers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure operational compliance. Oversees cash operations, transaction processing, and ensures adherence to policies to mitigate risk.Maintains operational efficiency by managing cash inventories, security controls, and audit functions.Ensures compliance with regulations, internal controls, and bank policies, including risk management and record retention.Leads team performance through coaching, scheduling, and evaluating staff; promotes staff development and training.Manages client experience by resolving issues promptly, delivering product information, and cross-selling services.Supports sales initiatives, promotes product knowledge, and fosters team communication.Performs additional duties as assigned, ensuring a seamless banking environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 2-5 years of experience or equivalent. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential. No specific certifications required.
