Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

This position serves as the primary front desk support during assigned hours, greets visitors, manages calls, and supports student and staff needs. It also involves coordinating and executing event setup and breakdown, maintaining shared spaces, supporting logistics, assisting with attendance tracking, and providing general administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary front desk support during assigned hours
  • Greet visitors, manage calls, and support student and staff needs
  • Cook up and execute event setup and breakdown (meetings, school events, PD, etc.)
  • Maintain shared spaces to ensure readiness and organization
  • Support logistics such as room scheduling, materials distribution, and internal communications
  • Aid with attendance tracking and data entry as needed
  • Ensure front office coverage and responsiveness throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
