Responsibilities
- Reconcile logistics role documentation with status tracking for operations-focused coordination, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate workflow and deadline management, maintaining clear ownership and traceability of tasks.
- Review documentation and generate reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance in operations-focused coordination.
- Enforce document quality control and source verification to prevent downstream rework.
- Apply Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Operations Coordination confidently within marketing operations.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.

- Ensure remote completion of operations-focused coordination by securing, tracing, and preparing work for the next authorized teammate.

Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
