About the role
Oversee site operations to achieve safety, service, quality, and financial objectives.
Support budgeting and operational forecasting for the business unit.
Cook up activities between Service, Sales, and Operations teams while monitoring quoting and invoicing metrics.
Support the Service team as needed with shipping, receiving, service coordination, and facility management.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting a performance-driven culture.
Monitor and report on operational performance to Operations leaders.
Responsible for inventory management including accuracy, counts, and audits.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree in business is preferred.
- Two years of experience in the industrial industry with operations or service roles.
- Technical knowledge of pump systems and rotating machinery.
- Familiarity with quoting, ordering, shipping, and invoicing processes.
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude coupled with a strong commitment to achieving high-quality results on the first attempt.
- Proven ability to nurture talent and lead performance-focused teams.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities and capacity to manage deadlines under pressure.
- A commitment to the concept of “doing it right the first time”.
- Proficient with MS Office and ERP (CSD/SX a plus).
