Key Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, inventory tracking, job staging, and material distribution
- Operate company vehicles and perform DOT-regulated driving as needed to transport materials and equipment
- Aid with permitting by coordinating documentation, tracking approvals, and following up with internal and external stakeholders
- Cook materials, shipments, and logistics to support project timelines and field teams
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, fleet, and project-related documentation
- Support basic fleet needs including vehicle coordination, maintenance tracking, and compliance documentation
- Communicate with vendors, crews, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep work on track
- Provide general operational and administrative support as needed across the team
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or project coordination roles
- Hands-on experience with inventory, material handling, or warehouse environments
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and meet DOT driving requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus

Physical & Travel Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions when supporting field or warehouse operations
- Local travel required to support job sites, material deliveries, and operational needs
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- May require occasional travel between warehouse, office, and field locations
