Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Track and update shipment statuses in McLeod Software
- Maintain regular phone communication with drivers regarding shipments and updates
- Manage email communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Partner with dispatch and account management to resolve delivery issues
- Support high-value freight operations with accurate data entry and compliance
- Use Excel to track, log, and validate shipment data
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment (required)
- Experience with high-value freight preferred
- Familiarity with TMS platforms (McLeod experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Shift
- Monday–Friday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay
- $22.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn additional compensation upon conversion
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
