About the role

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our growing kitchen remodeling company. We are seeking career-minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team.
• Answer incoming calls and input, track, and maintain prospects and client information.
• Contact new leads quickly and schedule appointments.
• Help prepare for home shows and marketing events.
• Set up and assist with email campaigns.
• Blog about our jobs, update website and 3rd party sites.
• Prepare Customer Signoff Documents, change orders, and project documents.
• Place and submit orders from suppliers.
• Track and schedule project timelines.
• Track product orders and delivery timelines.
• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or missing items.

Requirements

• Computer and smartphone proficient.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly motivated and dependable.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail.
