About the role

The Operations Coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations at Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, serving as a key liaison between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate operational records and production data using ERP systems and other software tools.
  • Generate production reports and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for management review.
  • Create purchase orders and follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and project timelines.
  • Maintain and report on departmental General Ledger reports.
  • Cookbook multiple projects across Operations, Production, Warehouse, and other departments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Track project status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Aid in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of operations, production, or manufacturing coordination experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Qualifications
