About the role
The Operations Coordinator supports the company’s mission by managing daily operations under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager (DOM). This role focuses on warehouse and facility management, including organizing gear, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that equipment and vehicles meet company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager (DOM)
- Organize and maintain inventory of gear and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse
- Handle food inventory and support new-hire training as needed
- Restock first-aid kits and repair gear
- Manage logs of gear and vehicle statuses
- Oversee facility maintenance, including laundry and general upkeep
- Auxiliary tasks as directed by the DOM
- Manage company credit card and submit receipts
Requirements
This job is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ, and is a full-time, permanent role. A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays is necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive apps and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift
- At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements
- Must pass a background check
