Operations Coordinator

About the role

GG Media Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator to support its marketing, communications, public relations, content, client service, and campaign reporting teams. You will coordinate day-to-day workflows, records, schedules, and cross-team follow-up. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks, schedules, handoffs, records, and status updates supporting marketing, communications, public relations, content, client service, and campaign reporting.
• Facilitate routine handoffs between teams and follow up on missing information, overdue tasks, or unresolved requests.
• Review workflow data for exceptions, delays, or incomplete records and route issues to the appropriate owner.
• Prepare recurring operational summaries, task reports, and status updates for managers.
• Document procedures, process changes, handoff requirements, and recurring operational issues.
• Support process improvements that enhance accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in routine work.

Requirements

• Strong organization, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, task-management systems, shared documents, email, and workflow tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work across different teams.
• Clear written communication and careful attention to deadlines and status details.
• Ability to learn documented processes quickly and identify routine exceptions.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$65,000 - $73,000 per year
