About The Role

At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives. Equitable is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Overland Park, KS team. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, supporting customer service and sales needs for the branch. The role is remote and involves providing outstanding and customer-focused service. Schedules will be confirmed with the hiring manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and maintain the branch CRM program to ensure efficient lead generation and tracking.
  • Review and mine the orphan client book of business to identify potential sales opportunities and qualified leads.
  • Distribute leads to participating financial professionals and advisors in accordance with established program guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries related to the CRM program.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $26,000.00. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Hands-on customer service, operations, administrative, and/or sales support experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • CRM management expertise.
  • A strong customer service orientation and professional phone presence.
