Job Summary The Operations Coordinator manages Night Shipping operations to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to standard procedures. They communicate with Sales and other departments regarding load adjustments, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Create and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports for management reviewAssess operational performance and contribute to strategic improvementsTrain new staff on systems and proceduresPrioritize routes, prepare truck load sheets, and conduct pre-shift meetingsLocate missing products, process orders, and set up load sequencesAudit loads and determine substitution options when necessary Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalentAt least one year of administrative experienceProficiency in typing, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively across organizational levels
