About the role

The Operations Coordinator will work with the staff of CLEAResult Nashville residential programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including responding to inquiries from customers and trade allies, scheduling evaluations and inspections with customers, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff
  • Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence
  • Payment processing
  • Verifying and organizing documents
  • Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality
  • Exporting predesigned reports
  • Handling inbound or outbound emails and voice calls from customers
  • Staff meetings and other program support
  • Special projects

Requirements

Successful candidates will live in Nashville. For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can:

  • Have 2-4 years experience
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience
  • Have Attention to detail
  • Have Strong communication skills
  • Have Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be able to work remotely

Pay

Target Compensation: $20.39/ hour

Schedule

Compensation Range: $17.75 - $25.05

Currency: USD

Type: Hourly

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
