About the role
The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing various departments and client relations, overseeing inventory and logistics, and ensuring all projects are executed according to Clair's protocols.
Responsibilities
- Synchronize various managers and departments within the company
- Maintain client relations
- Manage inventory levels and logistics
- Update the shop with operational/engineering protocols
- Construct tours from concept to fully integrated system presentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 10 years of audio experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Clair proprietary gear/policies and audio/signal flow
- Experience in touring or concert production a plus
Essential Functions
- Work in a fast-paced, demanding, and constantly changing environment
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Oversee project completion from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to company protocols and timely job completion
- Perform final checks and provide Clair field personnel with necessary information
Experience
- Understanding of Clair proprietary gear/policies or advanced audio/signal flow knowledge
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Touring or concert production experience beneficial
