Firefighters/Paramedics are responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing medical assistance, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls
- Provide immediate medical assistance
- Maintain and operate fire and rescue equipment
- Participate in training and drills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Ability to pass a physical fitness test
- Completion of a firefighter/paramedic training program
Qualifications
- At least two years of full-time work experience in a related field
- Current certification as a paramedic
- Experience with fire suppression techniques
