About the role
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Operations Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating daily business operations, supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining operational records, tracking performance metrics, and helping improve internal processes. Compensation
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, organizational abilities, communication skills, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Cook up daily operational activities across departments
- Track project timelines and operational milestones
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business documentation
- Maintain accurate records and operational files
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and team communications
- Support project planning and implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency
- Absorb inventory, vendor, or resource coordination as needed
- Support data entry, reporting, and administrative functions
- Help ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- Perform additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
- A professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical and time management skills

- Internship or entry-level operations experience
