Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Captures field and laboratory technicians and assist supervisors in assigning tasks to them on individual projects;
• Assists in the training of technicians and provides input on performance of technicians;
• Prepares construction materials testing and observation reports which provide written documentation of services performed;
• Works directly with clients to meet needs;
• Performs safety audits of technical staff as applicable.

• To perform field and/or lab related services at least 50% of time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;
• 2-year Vocational degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering or construction management a plus.

Skills

• Current driver’s license required;
• ACI Field Level I Certification preferred;
• Nuclear Density Gauge Certification preferred;
• DOT, ICC and NICET certifications preferred/ability to obtain as needed;
• Experience With Materials Testing preferred;
• Technology/Equipment Experience With Microsoft Applications preferred.

Pay

$55,000.00 - $82,000.00

Schedule

Occasional out-of-town travel as needed for business needs, totaling less than 5% annually.
