Responsibilities
- Captures field and laboratory technicians and assist supervisors in assigning tasks to them on individual projects;
- Assists in the training of technicians and provides input on performance of technicians;
- Prepares construction materials testing and observation reports which provide written documentation of services performed;
- Works directly with clients to meet needs;
- Performs safety audits of technical staff as applicable.

- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization;
- To perform field and/or lab related services at least 50% of time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required;
- 2-year Vocational degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering or construction management a plus.
Skills
- Current driver’s license required;
- ACI Field Level I Certification preferred;
- Nuclear Density Gauge Certification preferred;
- DOT, ICC and NICET certifications preferred/ability to obtain as needed;
- Experience With Materials Testing preferred;
- Technology/Equipment Experience With Microsoft Applications preferred.

$55,000.00 - $82,000.00
Schedule
Occasional out-of-town travel as needed for business needs, totaling less than 5% annually.
