About the role
As an Operations Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the company's logistics and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of products/services.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to operations and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of employees and external partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
