Operations Control Center (OCC) Supervisor [On-Site]
Scope of Job
The OCC Supervisor provides real-time leadership and operational oversight for the Operations Control Center team and facility. Managing the designated shift, this role directs workflow, supports a team of Control Center Operators, and takes full accountability for shift operations.
The Supervisor ensures the safe, accurate monitoring and control of renewable energy assets to maximize generation and efficiency, while strictly adhering to contractual obligations and all applicable NERC standards and practices.

Salary Range
The full pay range for this role is $40.00 - $67.00 per hour, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $50.00 to $58.00 per hour. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
Working Conditions
Environment: Primarily a standard office/control room setting (approximately 90% desk/workstation operations).
Travel: Up to 10% travel for offsite meetings or site visits as required.
