About the role
The Operations Consultant at Carpedia International is responsible for analyzing and redesigning work processes and management systems to identify performance and productivity barriers. They work directly on-site with clients to train, coach, and support them in implementing changes that generate measurable financial results. The role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, advanced analytical and solutioning skills, and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time across North America and occasionally internationally.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and redesigning work processes and management systems using interviews, observations, data analysis, and various analytical techniques to identify performance and productivity barriers.
- Working directly on-site with clients to build relationships with client managers and train, coach, and support them in bringing business changes to life.
- Providing support to client managers to implement changes and ensure they generate measurable financial results.
- Designing reporting tools that increase visibility within the business and enhance management controls.
Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, with a preference for business education.
- One to two years of experience working with clients, utilizing key problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that effectively convey complex business ideas across all levels in an organization. English is a requirement; French and Spanish are assets.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in leadership/coaching.
- Advanced analytical and solutioning skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
