Key Responsibilities
- Customer order entry and work order processing
- ERP system data management and auditing
- Inventory and material transaction support
- Generating job travelers, labels, and packing lists
- Coincating freight and logistics
- Supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related manufacturing, operations, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a changing environment
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred
