About the role

The Operations Branch Manager- Stormwater is responsible for overseeing stormwater management operations within a designated area. This includes managing stormwater infrastructure, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and coordinating with local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stormwater management operations including maintenance and repair of stormwater infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to address stormwater issues and improve community outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance stormwater management practices and technologies.
• Manage a team of stormwater technicians and contractors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stormwater management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage stormwater infrastructure and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with stormwater modeling software.
• Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations.
