Imagine360 is seeking a Operations Billing & Rate Specialist to join the team! The Operations Billing & Rate Specialist supports the Operations Department by establishing and maintaining accurate client billing structures, pricing models, and rate documentation. This role is responsible for entering and validating fees, creating and updating billing rates across multiple systems, and managing detailed client records that track pricing, group identifiers, and administrative fees. The position ensures all client pricing documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with internal systems and operational standards. Additionally, this role serves as a liaison with Sales, Sales Operations, RBP & TPA Implementation, Finance, and other key departments to track and maintain accurate client fees for all new clients throughout the onboarding process. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Operations & Implementation and will provide additional and backup support for other teams within the Operations area as requested. Duties/Responsibilities: Assign and track new group numbers for incoming clients to ensure proper identification and system alignment across all platforms.Create and maintain client recap documents, managing updates and revisions as pricing or client information changes.Build and finalize ASO (Administrative Services Only) pricing sheets, ensuring accurate fees, rate structures and administrative cost details.Maintain rate sheets and other documentation, ensuring alignment and consistency across all client pricing files and internal reporting.Enter and manage client fee structures and billing rates in Excel, maintaining comprehensive spreadsheets that track client-specific pricing and data.Ensure all client pricing data is accurately documented, properly version-controlled, and organized for operational and billing use.Utilize multiple internal claims systems to support operational workflows and maintain accurate client data records.Utilize Salesforce to review client information, track updates, and ensure alignment between contractual terms and operational documentation.Use Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel) to develop pricing models and manage detailed client spreadsheets.Coordinate with internal teams to confirm pricing details and ensure billing documentation reflects finalized client agreements.Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data, rate calculations, and client documentation.Serve as an overall liaison across various departments (Sales, Sales Operations, RBP/TPA Implementation, Finance and others) and act as a subject matter expert on organizational fee and pricing structures.Provide backup and support for other teams within Operations as requested by Sr. Director.Assist Sr. Director with additional projects and responsibilities as necessary. Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or other related degree preferred but not required Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex spreadsheet management and detailed data entry.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and operational databases.Proven ability to manage multiple client files and pricing documents simultaneously with high accuracy.Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Skilled in managing revisions and maintaining version control for client pricing documents.Adept at handling high-volume caseloads with tight turnaround times.Experience in insurance operations, benefits administration, or billing/pricing support preferred.
