About the role
This position will assist the location with general lot duties and follow safety rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, and mowing grass
- Ensure safety compliance
- Assist in equipment maintenance
- Perform soil sampling
- Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments with management
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED (may be offset by experience)
- Prior agricultural experience is a plus
- Required overtime as the season demands
- Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred
Physical Demands

- Regularly lift more than 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and perform preventive maintenance activities
