Operations Associate - Park Pineway Center

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing - Changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store.
• Replenish and restock the store - Assisting sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure availability.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Working with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - Keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel - Contributing to omni-channel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy - Executing plans communicated by leadership on merchandise placement throughout the store.
• Maintain merchandising standards - Delivering an outstanding customer experience by maintaining these standards as goods are moved to the sales floor.
• Participate in a learning environment - Absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience.

Pay

USD $15.25/Hr - USD $19.07/Hr.
