Operations Associate, Mon-Fri, 6 am to 2 pm

The Role

The Role: Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a 1st Shift Operations Associate to join our team. Entegris has an opening for an Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with experience in a safety and quality driven manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain safe and clean working environment
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities
• Comply with plant safety initiatives
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory)

What We Seek

• Technical - knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Computer - Ability to perform data entry tasks, communicate through email, knowledge of Excel, ERP systems like SAP.
• Behavioral – Team-focused attitude, eagerness to learn new things, dedication to come to work on time/have reliable attendance

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma/GED Required
• One to three years of production experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills

Physical Requirements

• Requires manual lifting of up to 40 lbs. when needed, regularly required to stand, kneel, or crouch, sit, walk and on occasion climb or balance
• Ability to wear respirator intermittently, as needed

PPE

• PPE includes - steel toe shoes (provided by us), safety glasses

Opening Details

• Opening for 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am – 2pm (overtime may be required, as per business needs)
• Weekend shifts will vary when needed.

Pay Range

Pay range is $22-$24 per hour depending on experience.
