Operations Associate, 1st shift, 6 am to 2 pm, Mon-Fri

About the role

Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a 1st Shift, Mon-Fri/6 am to 2 pm, Operations Associate to join our team. Entegris has an opening for an Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division – an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with experience in a safety and quality driven manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean)
• Perform required data entry and record keeping
• Perform required quality testing and inspections
• Maintain safe and clean working environment
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities
• Comply with plant safety initiatives
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory)

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift
• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.

Pay

$21/hr-$23 per hour depending upon experience.
