- Manage contractor teams to complete home maintenance projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to company policies and client expectations.
- Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in home maintenance or construction management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to various job sites within Jackson, MS.
