Operations Associate -Aventura, FL

Main Purpose of the Role

The Operations Associate role supports the Operations Manager at REVOLVE. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels, logistics, and sell-through while the BOH Manager is off-site.
• Ensure the back of house is kept organized.
• Partner with REVOLVE Warehouse team.
• Aid customers and monitor interactions with the team and technology, providing in-the-moment coaching for continuous improvement.
• Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in the store.
• Lead and train the team in the store to ensure consistent deliverables.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations, and own training for the store team.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times, train staff, and develop talent in visual merchandising.
• Understand the current culture and areas for improvement, work with FWRD Pop-Up.

Required Competencies

• Minimum of 2 years Retail Experience required. Luxury retail management experience preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic, professional, and good representatives of our brand.
• Customer-centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty to FWRD.
• Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development.
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
