Responsibilities
- Manage all client communication about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
- Provide quick, effective solutions to clients, ensuring all requests are fully resolved.
- Clearly explain contract benefits and provide helpful guidance on products and packages.
- Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes.
- Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to pass a call-center simulation (multitasking, listening, computer use).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience working in customer service.
Pay
$20–$23 hourly.
