Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the processing and settlement of trades, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions between internal systems and external counterparties and administrator.

Prepare and distribute position and P&L reports daily, inputting pricing and performing variance analysis.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.

Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and compliance to support the fund’s operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in operations within a credit hedge fund or similar financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with trade processing systems and financial software (Enfusion experience a plus).

Compensation

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000, Plus Bonus
