Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client calls and deliver high-quality customer support across various operational needs and diversified customer personality types.
- Maintain accurate records and perform detailed data entry to ensure internal systems remain up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Support cross-functional administrative duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Exceptionally strong communicative, social, and computing skills.
- Comfortable completing a customer service simulation test as part of the initial interview stage.
- Able to work 9AM–6PM and handle frequent phone-based interactions.
Pay
Salary Range: $40,000-45,000 (USD)
