Operations Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing - Change ticket prices and sign merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store - Understand customer needs and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Work with colleagues to unload trucks and organize merchandise.
• Backroom standards - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom.
• Omnichannel - Contribute to online and in-store fulfillment processes.
• Merchandise strategy - Place merchandise according to plans communicated by leadership and maintain merchandising standards.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers or training materials.

Requirements

1-2 years retail experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills

Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail; organizational skills; knowledge of retail operations.
