Responsibilities

  • Aid in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking incoming products.
  • Handle returns, count items, confirm quantities, assess conditions, and complete paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the company.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and inform supervisors about service concerns.
  • Incentivize safe work practices among colleagues.
  • Manage daily cycle counts and address variances.
  • Prepare weekly reports.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
  • Qualifications

    • Prior relevant experience is preferred, but not required; all employees will receive training.
    • Moderate computer skills, including data collection for reports.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow supervision.
    • Effective communication skills.
