Operations Assistant

Why the role exists: This entry-level position provides flexible hands-on support across daily operations, customer service, and team coordination. This is active, relationship-oriented work. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes. Assist with routine operational tasks Support customers and coworkers in person Prepare materials, schedules, or activity updates Help maintain organized and efficient workflows Success in the role: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment.
