Looking to get your foot in the door in the business world? We're seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to join our team. You'll get exposure to multiple sides of how a business actually runs, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn broadly rather than be boxed into one narrow task.

Responsibilities

• General administrative support (answering the showroom, scheduling, assist with recruiting, general correspondence)
• Assisting with customer service and communications
• Helping organize and maintain office/business records
• Supporting various departments as needs shift week to week
• Learning the operational basics that keep a business running smoothly
• Special projects and tasks as they arise

Requirements

• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable jumping between different types of tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
• No prior experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to pitch in

Pay

$20-$25/hr. depending on education and experience.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p, with possible rotating Saturday shift.

Location

Carrollton, with possibility to work out of Denton, Arlington, Colleyville, or Forney satellite locations.
