About the role

The Operations Architect at Yuzu is a senior-track operations role for individuals with 3-6 years of experience. This role is responsible for optimizing payments operations and growing the team. It has the potential to evolve into a management position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve accounts payable, accounts receivable, and product-driven reporting functions.
• Problem-solve across the Partnerships, Account Management, and Compliance teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks and support the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, or investing.
• Able to own processes rather than just work on projects.
• An ethical and compassionate individual who wants to win and cares about the team.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance industries is a plus, but not required.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and preferred equity versus cash compensation.
