You lead service… and standards… You coach in the moment. You solve problems before they spread. You elevate the performance of every position in the building; hosts, servers, bartenders, expos by being present, aware, and engaged. You direct and elevate the team's performance with focus on the ultimate goal of creating indelible and connected guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house service each shift to ensure smooth, high-quality, and genuinely hospitable execution
  • Maintain uncompromising standards for hospitality, cleanliness, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and constantly with kitchen and bar to keep service aligned and proactive
  • Step in immediately to resolve guest concerns with sound judgment and confidence
  • Coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff in real time to elevate performance
  • Reinforce service procedures, menu mastery, and BRF guest engagement standards
  • Actively teach through presence … every shift is a training shift for the team!!!
  • Model calm, confident, connected leadership under pressure
  • Deploy the team based on volume, pacing, and guest needs
  • Maintain a schedule of five shifts per week
  • Regularly execute opening and closing leadership shifts

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory duty in a full service restaurant setting
  • A minimum of 2 years of server, bartender, service captain experience in a full service dining and/or casual upscale restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of POS/Toast, Scheduling Software, Excel (spreadsheets), Google Suite and electronic order entry
  • ServSafe & TIPS Certified (we will train you!)
  • Ability to handle the physical requirements of a restaurant leadership position which includes bending, reaching, standing for long periods of time and carrying and lifting heavy and really hot stuff!
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
