Responsibilities
- Work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines.
- Explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact.
- Process customer orders accurately from email and phone requests, meeting KPI expectations of processing all orders within 24 business hours.
- Communicate order status, inventory availability, pricing, and shipping updates to internal teams and external customers to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Cook up with sales, operations, and external partners to resolve order or inventory issues efficiently, escalating as needed.
- Manage inventory accuracy, including HQ inventory oversight, replenishment for the sales team, and completion of monthly field reconciliations.
- Streamline operational processes, support special projects as assigned, and deliver high-quality customer service to B2B clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of sale support or data/order entry experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Current, valid Driver’s License
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Nice to have)
- Experience with medical organizations and government-sponsored health care programs (Nice to have)

$24 - $26/hour plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities based on role eligibility and performance.
