Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute the Sales Operations strategy for SpotHero.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Operations to provide a comprehensively supportive framework for Revenue Teams.
- Provide a focus on metrics that measure Operational impact.
- Contribute to the ongoing roadmap of projects and initiatives handled by Sales Ops.
- Work to centralize, document and provide input on the workflow and workload of the sales teams.
- Support the products and processes that enable the Sales, Business Development, & Revenue Operations organizations, including sales activity tracking, workflow efficiencies, and automation/outsourcing of operator engagement.
- Utilize platforms like SFDC and Salesloft, as well as BI tooling to report on seller performance.
- Draw best practices from the analytics of these platforms and provide management and playbook guidance.
- Act as a contact for go-to-market requirements for owned tools & processes, including communications, project planning, and support.
- Help optimize and automate our internal processes, including Facility Onboarding.
- Contribute to building a new AI-enabled framework for sales engagement and pipeline management—ensuring the teams are equipped and empowered to maximize efficiency in their workflows.
- Play a central role in contact-related and internal data-driven initiatives that will ensure our information and reporting is hygienic and maintained.
- Help drive accountability across the organization, ensuring transparency in product adoption, activities, and facilitate shifts in focus based on actual data.
- Support the tools (i.e., Sales/Marketplace Activity Tracking) that ensure sales and operations managers know what is happening within their team and their supply, enabling effective and targeting management of markets and teams.
- Collaboratively align on and support reporting to understand individual output, team output and the signals needed to address areas of underperformance.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to provide training in areas of need.
- Leverage experience from working with operators across markets and account types to provide cross-functional teams the insight needed to build appropriate solutions.
- Participate in regular meetings with Revenue, Analytics, Salesforce Admins, Accounting, and Product stakeholders; support alignment and drive operational requirements.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support, sales operations, and/or project management experience
- Passion for working with and improving sales people's productivity and performance
- Proven ability to manage complex programs, products and processes
- Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
- Strong capabilities working with teams in innovative, accountable, and reliable ways, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Adept at utilizing Claude or ChatGPT for personal efficiency & rolling out AI-enabled workflows across teams
- Experience with driving cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently while producing quantifiable results
- Demonstrated strengths in organization, prioritization, and time management
What you bring
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge and understanding of sales training program(s)
- Direct sales and/or sales management experience
- Strong facilitation skills
- Experience with Sales Engagement software such as Groove
- Experience with BI (Looker) and KM (Confluence) tools preferred

Compensation in Illinois
Depending on your skillset and experience, you can expect your base salary to be between $68,000 - $85,000 as well as a discretionary bonus and leading total rewards package.
