Sales Operation Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone interactions from financial producers
• Provide sales and product support for Life, Annuity, and Investment products
• Act as liaison between producers and back-office operations
• Provide user support for sales systems and applications
• Respond to producer’s requests for marketing materials and inquiries
