About the role
The Operations and Logistics Coordinator will oversee the efficient management of all logistics and operational activities within the company. This includes coordinating vendor relationships, managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and optimizing supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate logistics for company events and projects
- Handle customer inquiries related to logistics and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
