About the role
The Operations and Bookkeeping Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and financial management of a department, ensuring efficient processes and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage financial records and reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial data to senior management for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
