Position: Operations & Service Delivery Expert • Type: Contract • Compensation: $150 - $350/hour • Location: Remote • Commitment: 10‑40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Review and reconstruct business slides for operations and service delivery topics
- Rebuild slides in Microsoft PowerPoint with accuracy and clarity
- Improve data visualization and narrative flow in presentations
- Document changes made to each slide with written rationale
- Provide clear logs explaining enhancements and decisions made
- Edit content for precision and effective communication to audiences
- Contribute to project-based deliverables with flexible assignment durations
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Experience in operations, supply chain, or service delivery roles
- Strong skills in data visualization and visual storytelling
- Excellent written communication and content editing abilities
- Attention to detail and critical thinking in presentation design
- Familiarity with industry terminology and best practices
- Ability to explain and justify design and analytical decisions
