About the role

The Operations Analyst- PEO Soldier is responsible for providing technical support and analysis to ensure the effective operation of soldier equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and maintenance of soldier equipment and systems documentation.
• Conducts technical assessments and provides recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitors system performance and identifies areas for enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with soldier equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
