Operations Analyst (Hybrid-Reston Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and maintenance of operational processes and standard workflows.
• Aid in documenting procedures, workflows, and process updates to promote consistency and clarity.
• Participate in process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing updates under guidance.
• Track routine operational activities and provide status updates to support team visibility.
• Analyze, redesign, and improve business processes to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and meet organizational goals.
• Perform routine system and technical support tasks, including monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support reporting and dashboard maintenance, including data validation and refresh checks.
• Aid in workflow setup, updates, and simple automation using established tools and templates.
• Afford access management and system user administration activities in accordance with defined processes.
• Sustain project coordination activities, including task tracking, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
• Assist project leads with organizing materials, maintaining project artifacts, and tracking action items.
• Develop polished, cohesive presentations/briefing materials for diverse stakeholder groups, including executive-level decision-makers.
• Escalate issues or risks as needed while operating within established guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in an operations, analyst, project coordination, or systems support role.
• Experience supporting routine technical tasks, operational processes, or internal projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational or systems-related projects in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), workflow tools, or project tracking tools.
• Experience supporting training coordination or internal communications.

Pay

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $67,063.00 - $114,008.00
