Operations Analyst - Hybrid

About the role

The Operations Analyst - Hybrid position within the Federal Operations and Compliance Unit of the Division of Federal Financial Assistance (DFFA) is responsible for varied and complex analytical work related to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, web content management, and ongoing remediation logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to divisional management
• Manage ongoing remediation logs and tracking
• Ensure ADA compliance for necessary electronic documentation
• Support web content management in relation to accessibility and remediation
• Complete a wide range of complex analytical assignments

Requirements

This position requires reporting to an HCD office a minimum of four days per week. Telework-eligible employees must reside in California. The designated headquarters location will be based on the employee's primary residence and may be updated if HCD criteria are met.
